Tennessee catcher Blake Forsythe and shortstop Zach Osborne earned recognition Tuesday when the All-SEC baseball teams were announced.
Forsythe made first-team All-SEC, the fourth consecutive year UT has had an All-SEC catcher.
The sophomore from Memphis hit .347 with 15 home runs and 68 RBIs.
Osborne made the All-Freshman team. The Louisville, Ky., product started 54 games, hitting .281 with four home runs and 33 RBI.
Junior Mike Moore earned a spot on the community service team.
Kent Matthes of Alabama was named player of the year.
Louis Coleman of LSU is pitcher of the year.
The co-freshmen of the year are Preston Tucker of Florida and Matty Ott of LSU.
Paul Mainieri of LSU is the coach of the year.
Ben Jones of Auburn is the scholar-athlete of the year.
