I don't think so. He just wants to come play for the Big Orange and Coach Monte!

Sounds like we are really attacking our needs everywhere but QB. Based on what I am witnessing on the recruiting trail I am confident we will get at least one and probably two big time QB's on campus in 2010.

Not sure about on the football field, but he's one of my favorite Tekken characters.
If he's half as good as this guy then he's a beast. lol

Mt. SAC has a great JC football program and plays in a super competive league. They were 12-2 last year and rated #3 in the nation. So this young man knows something about being around a good program. He was listed as a freshman safety, 6'4" and 218 lbs. By the way their QB was a JC All American, Nick Lamaison QB 6-01 200 FR, who I understand that we have a lot of interest in. Their former QB plays for UCLA and was the winning QB against us last year.

my bad, Scout has him at 6'3" 235 and a Soph OLB. I got the previous height. weight, and position off Mt. SAC's web site

This came off UGASports.com from last year.
-One of most impressive players here is DE/LB Bruce Irvin, who shined out here at camp two years ago
-He was a 2006 Stephenson graduate who went to Butler CC and he is just here trying to find out what it takes to get into a major college like UGA

-He is working out at OLB, and at 6-foot-4 218-pounds, has impressed coaches so far and may work out a plan to go juco one more year to straighten out his academics.

Definitely a guy to go back and look at in 2006 database and rememebr for the future...

Hey, what is this about. Volquest is saying there is a staff shake up. Is somebody getting canned or leaving?

MrKnoxville writes:

This is a big fast kid with alot of potential...at least the Georgia coaches thought so when he attended their camp in 2006 I believe it was....but he had grade issues. None the less this kid could be molded into a "FREAK" because he has all the God given natural abilities.

I wonder if they found this kid by being at Mount San Antonio (Calif.) Community College checking out there QB JC All American Nick Lamaison. He qualifies to play right out of the gate for our 2009 season and from what I read is a highly intelligent QB that manages the game extremely well...who knows maybe he is coming too!

I would say Aaron Ausmus is a more likely candidate since he is an alumni here, was a grad. assist. strength & conditioning coach here and has ties to Coach Orgeron at Ole Miss.

This is great. We don't have many OLB prospects in this class. Maclin is a legit one, but that's about it. I'm not real sure what our chances are for Fehoko

According to Scout and Scouts, Inc. Maclin's top 2 are LSU and Alabama. Good thing we got Irvin, because he might be the only OLB we get.

The majority of the class is heavily skewed toward defense, but the top is stacked with top-notch offensive talent - #1 RB, #1 All-purpose RB, #4 FB, #6 WR....
