What would happen if they were not football players? I do not think they should be University of Tennessee students, much less players on the team. Go Vols and beat Vandy!

For all of you wanting CLK to kick Jackson off the team, no questions asked, check out this article http://www.wate.com/Global/story.asp?... --Rico Mccoy involved in a gun related issue! Don't get me worng, I believe what the three guys did is totally wrong, and had that been me who was getting jacked, my PTSD would have kicked in, and there would have been a homicide or two, however, i feel that CLK is doing the right thing by waiting for events to play out!!

The very least that coach K can do is suspend Jackson the remainder of season and in the Spring have him start over from scratch. If there is one more blemish with the law, then send him up river with the rest of the criminals and thugs. Jackson has possibly let all the talk he is next Eric Berry go to his head. On a moral side he can't even hold Berry's jock strap. On the field is still a possibility should Jackson grow up. The other children ( called as such by their actions) should be extremely grateful they live in a country that gives leniency many times over compared to others. Their punishment would call for their hands to be removed or some severe permanent punishment of which it would be difficult just to get through each day. Hopefully the children will suddenly wake up and visualize what they had right in front of them and begin to head back in the right direction. We'll have to see.
