Two players already committed to other colleges will make official visits to Tennessee this weekend.

Wide receiver Justin Hunter and cornerback Nickell Robey are expected to be in Knoxville with three other visitors to check out the Vols and today’s game against Vanderbilt.

Hunter, who is from Ocean Lakes High School in Virginia Beach, Va., committed to LSU in May and is widely considered one of the top prospects for his position in the region — if not the nation.

At 6-foot-4 and 175 pounds, Hunter could be the tall, rangy receiver UT is in search of.

The 5-8, 165-pound Robey is from Frostproof (Fla.) High and has committed to Georgia.

The Vols are also hosting three other prospects this weekend: Corey Lemonier, Calvin Smith and Jacques Smith.

Lemonier is a 6-5, 225-pound defensive end from Hialeah (Fla.) High School.

He is considering several scholarship offers. He has taken official visits to Florida State and Illinois. Nearby Florida and Miami are always worth watching. Lemonier has also said Auburn and LSU are in the running.

Calvin Smith, Lemonier’s teammate from Hialeah, has reportedly said UT and Illinois lead for his services. Smith is a 6-4, 275-pound defensive tackle.

Jacques Smith is UT’s first commitment of the 2010 class. The 6-3, 235-pound defensive end from Ooltewah High School is finally taking his official visit to campus. He should know the surroundings. He’s been to more games in Neyland Stadium than ESPN this season.

Smith is the News Sentinel’s top prospect in the state and is widely considered one of the elite prospects in the nation.
