DISH Network and DirecTV have announced the state of Tennessee channel numbers for the Tennessee-Ohio football game Saturday night.
Tennessee customers can order the pay-per-view game on either DISH Network channel 456 or DirecTV channel 786. Home dish customers should order the broadcast by going to the designated channel and following the ordering instructions on their TV screen using their remote before kick-off on Saturday.
Cable systems across the state of Tennessee also will carry the telecast from the VideoSeat pay-per-view service. Fans may contact their local cable system to order the game and receive price information.
Fans in the state of Tennessee who do not have access to ordering the game via cable system or a home dish network may order and watch the game over the Internet as a pay-per-view event by going to UTsports.com.
ESPN GamePlan will offer the game to fans living outside the state of Tennessee via the ESPN GamePlan package. The game will be blacked out on ESPN GamePlan and ESPN 360 in the state of Tennessee and cannot be ordered as part of ESPN's package.
The announcing team for Saturday's pay-per-view telecast is Randy Smith on play-by-play, with former Vols Jeff Francis providing the color and Terry Fair on the sideline. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. Eastern time. At halftime, viewers will be treated to a special interview as Bob Kesling talks with Tennessee basketball coaches Pat Summitt and Bruce Pearl about the upcoming season. That interview will be followed by a special sneak preview of the upcoming release from Vol Network Home Entertainment - The Pat Summitt Story.

Guess I'll have to go to Hooters and watch it. What sacrifices some make for their favorite team.

Same here. Shucks

Outta state on Dish is kinda sweet. You get the entire Gameplan menu and it always includes some tasty extras like a North Texas State game or sometimes the Vandy Girls JV team.

I don't get the classic match up will make it on channelsurfing.net?
CoverOrange writes:
Suppose to rain all day tomorrow waiting till night time to then have to pay twenty something bucks to watch what should be a boring game. Should. Remembering NIU and Wyoming from last year....
rockytopatl writes:
Story is kind of vague. So you can watch it on ESPN360 for free if you are outside Tennessee? Somebody in the know help me out here.
Cldvols1 writes:
Only with certain carriers and on most college campuses. Comcast and Charter don't carry it cuz they suck!
HallowedHill writes:
Try an anonymous proxy like http://anonymouse.org/, once there, try to access espn360.com. Their site should be able to access it for you.

Wouldn't you know, Cox cable and internet here in Northwest Florida announced this week that ESPN360 will become available next Wednesday, Sept. 30. Oh well, if another game isn't on the tube I'll be able to watch it.

I think comcast kissed and made up with ESPN. I was able to watch the SC v. Ole Miss game last night on 360.

Want to pick up the UT-Ohio game on the radio. I am located out of market and was hoping to find an online live stream on a radio station. But heard that UT requires a block to live streaming of radio broadcasts. True ??
crimsonviper writes:
If anyone can't watch the game live, as soon as it is over it will be on Sec Digital Network.com.
Great place to watch replays of SEC games anytime.

How much is it?
Vol_in_Mich writes:
Yes. I've tried to watch games on 360 & they're kinda jerkey & run behind the real time broadcast. I have DSL so it maybe better on cable internet.
Pay Per View cost too much but I'm getting it anyway. I want to see if anythng changes in the QB production.
GO VOLS!!!

ESPN.360 Not available with my cable carrier (BrightHouse). If someone has the game, please post how the qb is doing on the site.
blitzshoot writes:
Thanks Crimson. There is suppose to be another website to piggy backs on the ppv. I am trying to find it.
tennesseebee writes:
sorry, but i'm stuck in ky too, and if you'll check the program description, it says available only in Tn. At least it does on dish.
FlyFishingVol writes:
Thanks, TweetDriver....I'll give the direct route another try (utsports.com). Was shut out trying this last year, but maybe was a problem on my end.
crimsonviper writes:
if you don't get espn360 thru your isp try justintv.com or channelsurfing.com
orangepridenation writes:
why in the hell is it blacked out on 360 in tennessee? talk about ripping off the fans. i'll just find it on the radio.
Cldvols1 writes:
They may have, I use to live in Chattanooga and their carrier is comcast and they didn't have it. I've lived in Auburn a few months and they have charter, I know they don't and it's the worst cable I have ever had! I'm goin back to Directv soon:)

HallowedHill said go to
anonymouse.org and connect to espn.360 from there.

Are you going to share the info or just rub it in?
beatfla2009 writes:
YOU ARE JUST A ONE OF THE FEW JERKS ON THIS SITE, THAT LIKE TO TRASH THE VOL PLAYERS AND THE PEOPLE ON THIS SITE, SHOWS YOU HAVE SOME ANGER MANAGEMENT ISSUES OR ADDICTIONS OF SOME KIND, GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR PROBLEMS

cv- i went to espn360 on a dry run (don't want a glitch at 7 tonight), and couldn't get the player to work until i created a free "account", then it worked fine. i noticed that when you set up your free account, they require a zip code. could a "fibbed" zip code outside TN be used to bypass the blackout?
you seem to know your way around the internet far better than i do, so thought i'd ask.

Well how much is it for Charter customers in TN? I can't find it anywhere on Charter's website, and I can find the game on my channel guide but it doesn't say how much.

does anyone know of any bars that are playing it ?
Voluvr writes:
Okay. You can read every post I've made and not one time did I ever trash Vol players or anyone but florida and bama fans and they had it coming.
Let me ask you this: When everyone on here is looking for a link to see the game, and you come on and say you found one but don't mention where it is... how would you feel if I did the same thing?
I know you're a little embarrased by my comment when I said, "Are you goint to share it or just rub it in?" But, I think you're being a little sensitive. Just don't make up things that anyone can read isn't true about me.
Have a great day!
Go Vols!

Unfortunately, using anonymouse.org will give u an IP address from the czech republic. This won't work on 360. Maybe if u could find a proxy with a western european ip.
Razzle writes:
ok. i tried that as well, doesn't work for me, still black out. i'm thinking 360 may be too smart for this trick.
