Never, never, in my 42 years of attending UT games since childhood did I ever envision Auburn coming to Neyland Stadium and there being tickets still for sale on the Wednesday before the game. It hasn't been that long since every season was a sellout months in advance...people would run ads in the papers looking- begging - for tickets at any price. Scalpers got rich and available tickets were as rare as snow in the Sahara. This is Kiffin's first year...all the build up and hype and national attention and billboards in foreign territory and there are tickets available 3 days before the SEC opener at Neyland Stadium? I can understand empty seats at last week's game against a nobody preceeded by a monsoon, but not this game! Geez...from the outside it must appear the Vols are on life support in the ICU. Sad...

sitting home with my family and friends with all the food and drink possible watching the game.

The stadium will be full when UT has a good enough team to compete for chamionships.

Its a new day folks to many options to watch bad to mediocre football.

Kiffin gets them to winning the tickets will sell themselves.

After about 10 yrs of average to bad have turned off a lot of people.

You're not a real fan if you have an opportunity to go to a game and help affect the outcome and all you do is sit your lazy a** on the couch and say the team's not good enough for your presence. Arrogant *******.

A typical delusional idiot that honestly thinks something they say or do will affect saturdays game.Im sure your fantasy team is doing well.

Lets make it clear whether you go to the game and yell this week or stay home will have zero effect on the game it may be hard for you to believe but you are irrelevant to who wins the game.

My comment was directed at the substance of the article and as to why it is harder in this day to fill up a stadium than in the past. The part about watching the game at home with my family is probably what a large amount of people that used to fill those seats are doing.

Get your face paint and eye black on mr thinks they are the game internet board poster (from the miller real men of genius addds)
