I'm sorry to report this, but about 30 years ago the North Carolina legislature passed a law requiring all North Carolina high school athletes with the surname "Philpott" to attend a North Carolina state college.

(Actually, the UNC Ram Club was behind the move.)

Dont put any stock into this list. There is suppose to be over 50 prospects there today. Just because the list is all 5 & 4 star prospects dont mean squat and it dont mean top prospects are not considering UT.

Hay, 85 to 90% are OL or DL. The coaches will take care of the rest.
