The skinny: Moore, who previously played at Southern Cal before enrolling in a junior college, beefed up and played safety last year. He has three years to play three and will likely be doing that at the cornerback position with the Vols. He garnered interest from across the country and ultimately chose UT over Miami (Fla.) and is expected to compete for playing time right away.
