Kyler Kerbyson

Offensive Tackle, 6-5, 290

Knoxville (Knoxville Catholic)

Honors: Ranked the No. 4 player in the state of Tennessee and the No. 34 offensive tackle in the nation by Rivals.com … Considered the No. 24 offensive tackle in the country by Scout.com … Graded out at 87 on 247sports.com … Named Class AAA Mr. Football lineman in 2010.

Prospect Rankings

247sports: 3-star

Rivals: 3-star

Scout.com: 4-star

The skinny: Dominant on both sides of the ball in high school, Kerbyson will likely start on offense at the collegiate level. The local product had offers from all over the country and a number of the SEC’s major players, including Alabama. His commitment, though, was rarely in doubt, and he’s one of the more collegiate-ready players in the Vols’ class of 2011.
