You can register for free (without subscribing and givng a credit card number) and read, post, and create threads in the forums.
A lot of the discussion about potential signees is taking place in the GVX274 forums. Some of the forums and some of the posts will be marked premium for users only, but there is a lot of public forum postings.
If you don't want to subscribe for the content from the reporters that were hired just for the GVX247 site or from other writers in the 247Sports network, you might try the free forum areas to get a lot of the latest recruiting news and rumors.

Do you think that your whining is going to make KNS change anything? The only thing that will make them change is if they can't make money with the 247 pay site. As long as they're making money, they will continue it because they are a for-profit business.

This will not be a great recruiting class because CDD & Co. haven't had enough time to establish and develop solid relationships with HS coaches and top tier recruits.
Dooley proved he could close last year under difficult circumstances. This years class will be better and will build badly needed depth.
Next years class will be better still. Better days are coming...and soon.

C Maggitt is visiting UF this wknd...according to a reliable VQ source Maggitt loves Tennessee and the VFL program. Tennessee is his leader.

Apparently Dawson's trip too is going very well. He and his family enjoy their relationship with the coaching staff and are impressed with the University, facilities, and stadium.
Dawson and Maggitt becoming Vols looks very promising.

Not sure what you call a great recruting class. Ask Va Tech how they win every year, but get no respectable recruting rankings. Beamer gets kids he wants and coaches em up. We are in good hands with Dooley. Over the years, 4 stars and 5 stars just fade away, and are never heard from again. Ask Florida, Texas, and USC how all those 4's and 5's worked out for them this year.
