Tennessee wide receiver Nu'Keese Richardson (7) is taken down by Georgia linebacker Christian Robinson (45) and another GA player during second half action on Saturday, Oct. 10, 2009 at Neyland Stadium.

Nu’Keese Richardson’s rocky road has taken another problematic turn.

The troubled former Pahokee standout was arrested Sunday afternoon by Palm Beach County sheriff’s deputies for failure to appear in criminal traffic court, police records show.

He was released under supervision Monday morning.

Richardson, 20, was charged in January with driving on a Florida highway without a license, and he skipped his Feb. 8 hearing.

Richardson, who played last season at Coffeyville (Kan.) Community College, appeared to be on track to play the 2011 season for a Division I college.

Since 1990, Florida is the winningest and most successful program in America. They have 3 National Titles and the Vols in their 100+ years of supposed tradition have 2. They have 8 SEC titles all since there was no such thing as getting 3 teams to tie and each calling them a conference champ. Prior to 1992, Tenn had 7 out right SEC titles in their history. They had 4 others where they tied. Their 20+ year winning tradition is more than UT has had in 110 years. Tenn has tradition....that is a big stadium and a 6-5 program...except for the Hall of Famers era of 1992-2008. Keep poking at Florida if you want. UT is not and will never again be in their league.

Hey Gator fan undercover. FYI...the UT Vols are the winningest program in the country since 1925. That's right 2nd to NONE! You've had a good little spurt (no pun intended) since 1992 but it's over. Urban legend is gone! Get use to getting your arzzz kicked like the old days.

Check the article again and you will see its not traffic court but is "criminal traffic court" which means he may be looking at 6 months in jail. Believe me I know how Florida operates in crimal traffic court.

Ole Galen Muschamp is about to lead you back to the Doug Dickey years. Glad you enjoyed the 20 year Tradition. (I would have said 30 year traditon but the Pell/Hall ticket cheated their way through the 80's) If Rural Meyer can win 7 games with 5 star talent, imagine what a 2 Star coach can do with that same talent. He is off to a good start by kicking your best player off the team. Good luck in Shreveport against Baylor if you get to six wins.

Actually there are no official national championships at the top level of college football. All National Championships, even during the BCS era, are mythical. The NCAA recognizes national champions in other sports and lower levels of college football (where there is a playoff system).

Why are all of you Jorts wearing gators moving to Tennessee. I seem to remember everyone in FLA had "NATIVE" written in the same type style as a FLA license plate printed on bumper stickers, t-shirts, etc. in the 1980's. Now we are the natives watching the caravan of 4wd trucks being driven out of the trailer parks of FLA to the promised land of Tennessee. Every time I check out of Wal-Mart I hear that mixed up Yankee-Southern florida accent. We are not getting your best and brightest. GATOR GO HOME. That will be on the next wave of "NATIVE" t-shirts!

I just checked the list on Wikipedia (surely the source of all info!) and found the following listed for Tennessee:

1938: BR, BS, CFRA, DuS, HS, L, PS, SR
1940: DuS, WS
1950: BR, CFRA, DeS, DuS, NCF, SR
1951: AP, L, UPI, WS
1956: SR
1967: L
1998: A&H, AP, AS, B(QPRS), BCS, BR, CCR, DeS, DuS, ERS, FN, FWAA, MGR, NCF, NFF, NYT, R(FACT), SN, USAT/ESPN

Most years have multiple championships listed because of the different selectors used. The only year that Tennessee was the champion by ALL selectors was 1998.

Just for the record, Florida is listed as a championship winner in 6 years but never a unanimous choice of all the selectors.

See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/College_...

And it is how Alabama claims 13 national titles. Depends on how you want to count them. By your info then we have 7.

Exactly. I liken Florida to a nouveau riche young stockbroker or a lottery winner. (That's newly rich to you z-boy in case you didn't know what that means.) Many times they just don't know how to act once they are in the money. Class is something they can't buy. It is earned by years and years of tradition. Same with Florida fans.
