Good to know he likes to keep his fans informed. Not very many coaches like to let even their fans know where they are at. Maybe this will be for the best after all.

I suppose none of you, including the writer, realize that twitter followers can be faked?

Coach Jones looks like Sgt. Carter of Gomer Pyle fame. Hopefully, he can climb all over our guys, like the Sgt did to Gomer, and instill within the team a winning mindset.

Takes a twit to know a twit lol just sayin..... Maybe you do know a bit about being a twit after all lol. Anyways again congrats to Butch Jones. It shows people are willing to put their support behind him and its fresh knowing that he is being as relaively open as is feasible about what he is doing.

You could take the top 5 coaches and the top 5 football teams COMBINED, and they still would not come close to John Calipari's 1.2 MILLION followers. Nice try.

Calipari coaches football? I thought he was a basketball coach.

Great now we are judging our program based on Twitter feeds. How about recruiting, winning, and having a coaching staff worth a flip?

Wow, the stuff posted on here just shows how ridiculous social media is. Oh I know it's the new thing, blah blah blah. But to keep up all the junk is sad. Let's get on with life, let tweats and twitterites have their own lives. I am fine without it.

Good thing he's recruiting 18 year olds that live on twitter and not 60 year olds that make fun of it. In today's culture I'd be more concerned if he didn't know how to use social media. #nowgobacktochurningyourbutter

Agreed. I think it's good CBJ is an adept at social media. It's a great way to keep up with today's football recruits.
