LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) — Kentucky coach John Calipari says Friday he's a couple of years younger than he feels on his 53rd birthday.
"Two years got vacated, so I'm 51," he deadpanned.
Calipari, along with former Kentucky and current Louisville coach Rick Pitino, are the only two men to lead three different programs to the Final Four. The NCAA later vacated the Final Four runs by the Calipari-led teams at Massachusetts (1996) and Memphis (2008) for rules violations.
The top-ranked Wildcats (24-1, 10-0 Southeastern Conference) play Vanderbilt (17-7, 6-3) on Saturday.
Calipari says he got breakfast in bed for his birthday, which he called a family tradition.
"Oatmeal," he said. "You have to do it presidential — coffee, two Splenda and cream and a napkin."

News on a so called University of Tennessee site. I thought this was GOVOLS.COM, not gocats.com. Who gives a flying flip of dog snot about Cal and his birthday. This has about got me to the point of never buying and reading another Knoxville News Sentinal and leaving this message board. Would make a lot of the trolls happy I guess. Unlike GOVOLS.COM, I AM PROUD TO BE A TENNESSEE VOL. GO BIG ORANGE.

Why I respond to you I know not, but, won't they let you on the Cats message board. I always figured if I did visit another board, although i can hide behind my keyboard and slam on the other team left and right, I would do so with respect. I guess that is one lesson in life your parents never instilled in you. There are some other wildcat fans that do come on here and talk about sports without showing thier rear end. I have seen your post, and you are not one of them. I guess if your little jabs here and there make you feel more like a man or woman, well, your not much of one. If you look at my post, even on this site, I have never took cheap shots at Kentucky or any other team. Hey, its a sport. I dont care for Cal, but he does know how to recruit. However, I see no reason for a Knoxville based newspaper that titles their website GOVOLS.COM to give so much time not only to our rivals, but also to such negative articles as they do. Just pretty much sayin, I have more right than you do to be on this site just as you would have more right to be on your wildcat site than I do, which I do not waste my time going to another schools site. Have a good night.

His ethics were vacated long ago. Just ask anybody outside the borders of the state of KY. Anybody will tell you.
