MILAN — Two historic football traditions came together in the basketball gym at Milan High School on Saturday in support of one of their own.
Victor Kidd, a member of the 1998 state championship team at Milan, was home for the weekend as a number of former Tennessee Vol football players — including his older brother George Kidd III — got together to raise funds to help Victor fight Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia (APL).
“It’s so great to have the support of everybody here for Victor, and especially my brothers from UT to help me out,” George said as he welcomed the crowd of about 500.

Great that UT alums who also were football players gave their support to help Victor in this battle...may God ,if it's His will, use the chemo to heal Victor...if not grant the grace and mercies fresh every day......
