How much would it cost the rest of us to pay the trolls to go somewhere else (and take John Adams with you!). You guys all get together and provide the rest of us an itemized quotation and we'll decide which items to approve.
Meanwhile all trollish banter needs to go somewhere else until a final decision has been agreed to by a 2/3 majority of the fans on this site. Reports need to be notarized, produced in triplicate, and sent to all Vols fans on this site for approval.

#13 is Way over paid. But then again, alot of them are.

And what is the basis for this comment? Probably none. Like him or not, he is the head coach of men's and women's sports that produces Olympians. I am continually amazed at the ignorance and stupidity of the people that comment on this site!

The same as you probably make since you are an unemployed dweeb with nothing better to do than troll on sport sites from your momma's basement.

Tooley makes $2 M to come in dead last in the SEC. Does Forest Gump run UT?

There's a certain politician living on Pennsylvania Ave. that would pay them all the same whether they have a job or not. For the ones at the top of the list-tax them until they are all equal.

Holly Warlick's pay needs to be CLOSER to Martin's. Does anybody know how much the Kentucky women's basketball coach makes? Everybody (at all Universities) seems to be overpaid to me. BUT, IN ALL FAIRNESS, Holly should be paid more, in my opinion. Just like Dooley and Martin, she also represents the University of Tennessee constantly. She has to be on the job or on call 24 hours a day, just like the men coaches. Hey, the coach of the most successful athletic program on campus should at least be paid MMOORREE than the men's baseball coach. Right now, Holly has more pressure on her (or as much) than Dooley or Martin. LadyVol fans, please speak out if you agree with me.

Maybe more needs to be spent on tutors for the athletes. #107 out of 119 schools? Last in the SEC? Why is this not surprising?

The #1 problem is that all this information is public. If it wasn't so easy for these agents to compare salaries, there wouldn't be this type of salary escalation. Everything about college athletics needs to be reset and they all need to take about a 50% cut across the board. We are talking about a bunch of people that are coaching a game here, and I can guarantee there's nothing magical going on that's worth this much money. There are high school staffs across the country coaching the exact same thing, and if you could blindly listen to just the sideline coaching, I'd bet you wouldn't be able to differentiate between what was HS and what was $5M worth of coaches.

Why?? UT gave her the opportunity to show what she could do..I don't see rewarding coaches before we see production..UT's women's BB may be the most important HC position in the nation..They don't owe her anything unless she wins a title immediately after taking over..Just sayin'

#14 is wayyyyy overpaid considering what we're getting for the money.

Holly Warlick makes more money than PAT SUMMITT-_-!?! I was SUPRISED to see that. Maybe because Holly is the Head Coach of the Lady Volunteers now. I was expecting to see Pat at the top like at #1, #2, or something like that. She was the Head Coach of the Lady Vols from 1974-2012, 38 YEARS!!!!

I'm doing an article next on the top 40 salaries at the Knoxville News Sentinel and WNML; you have to do more since they make way, way less, but think they're more, more important.

Anyone who thinks that anyone cares about womens bball now that Pat is gone has lost it. It was a great run....and now its over.
