The half ends with Vanderbilt leading 13-10 as Tennessee's defense outplayed the offense.

Tennessee's only touchdown was a 14-yard pass from Tyler Bray to Zach Rogers. Michael Palardy added a 28-yard field goal with 14 seconds left in the half.

Both Bray and Justin Worley threw interceptions that set up 10 Vanderbilt points. Bray's led a 27-yard Carey Spear field goal that cut UT's lead to 7-6.

Worley then took over, was intercepted by Andre Hal and a 36-yard return to the UT 17. On third-and-9 Jordan Rodgers hit Chris Boyd for an 11-yard touchown and a 13-7 lead.

Spear's 19-yard field goal was the only score of the first quarter. Zac Stacy raced 72 yards with a screen pass on the game's first snap and was knocked out of bounds at the 5 by Prentiss Waggner. The Vols held and forced the field goal.

i was OK when I thought Dooley was disciplining Bray for taunting (stare down)after first touchdown, but apparently not the case.

There is the defense we all have grown used to. Touchdown Vandy. Good grief!!!

Once again the defense comes out after halftime adjustments and manages to play even worse!

KEEP DOOLEY! Next year will be the turnaround!

NeedForSpeed writes:

This is an ugly team to watch, win or lose. How does hunter and patterson or anyone advising them really think with a straight face they are NFL material? So unimpressed. Media that hype them are obviously desparate for something to talk about, even if it's fairy tale BS. Well, as usual UT looks like it got out coached during halftime and Vandy is already scoring easily...how many minutes after the game would a competent AD wait to give them their golden parachute pink slips?

There is our normal defense.. Was waiting for them to show up

Is somebody paying Prentiss Waggner? Early on he played like an All-American. Now, he can't even get himself in position to make a play.

Probably after the Kentucky game. The Athletic Department continues it's foot-dragging.

3rd quarter - Vandy Scores! 20 -10 Great halftime adjustments on defense, They weren't doing all that bad in the first half, looks lile they're back to normal.
This season is a sick joke.

Dream on. We won't hear a peep out of our Bama fan AD. There won't be a presser this week, and there won't be one next week after Kentucky send Joker out with another win over UT. I'm done. I love UT football, but can't stomach any more of this. No use making myself sick over our ineptitude.

Attn Hart: Keep Dooley, lose your fans. The fans are your bread and butter. You'd better wake up. We are done with Dooley, and if you keep him, we will be done with you.

Bray is so not pro caliber. QB is a brain position and I'm still trying to find he has one when the pressure is on. He folds like a cheap Kmart lawn chair....like our Defense.

I am amazed at the number of folks who are finally beginning to wake up to reality. Seriously, who expected this to be different? Blame this on Hart. An interim would have fared better.

Maybe THE press conference is coming soon.

Put Worley back in. Bray has checked out again. At least this should make it official that Hart will fire Dooley. What a sad disgrace for UT football.
