Lady Vols beat LSU in five-setter

The Tennessee volleyball team won its third consecutive five-set match on Wednesday night, defeating LSU at the Pete Maravich Center in Baton Rouge, La., in a nationally-televised match on ESPNU.

It's just the second time in program history UT has won back-to-back-to-back five-setters. Tiffany Baker posted a career-high 24 kills to go with 10 digs, while junior Kelsey Robinson went over 1,000 kills on her career with 18.

UT (15-5, 5-3 SEC) won by scores of 15-25, 26-24, 24-26, 25-21, 15-7 and tied a rally scoring record with 106 digs.

The Lady Vols broke a 2-2 tie in the fifth set by outscoring LSU (7-11, 3-6), 11-3 in the next 14 points.
