MEMPHIS - Starting in September, Ole Miss football opponents will get a double helping of Nkemdiche.
Robert Nkemdiche, touted as the nation’s top high school football recruit by every scouting service, kicked off college football signing day Wednesday morning when he announced before sunrise he was signing with Ole Miss.
Nkemdiche, a 6-5, 250-pound backfield-wrecking defensive end from Logansville (Ga.) Grayson High, will join his older brother Denzel in Oxford where Denzel, a linebacker, was selected to the SEC’s All-Freshman team this past season.
It’s the first time ever that Ole Miss has signed the nation’s top recruit.
