The skinny: A former verbal commitment to Butch Jones at Cincinnati, Wiesman switched to UT when his former coaches headed south. He's likely to redshirt in 2013, but could end up competing for playing time at any position on the line by 2014. Wiesman also had offers from several MAC schools, Boston College and UT. Derek Dooley's staff extended an offer last summer.
