The skinny: Miller visited Tennessee twice in January and was thought to be on the verge of committing, but held off until Signing Day. He reportedly took visits to North Carolina State and Wake Forest over the weekend, injecting some drama into the process, but ultimately picked the Vols. He was credited with 27 sacks as a senior at Gaffney, which is historically one of the state's top high school programs.
