The skinny: He could play either receiver or cornerback, both of which are positions of need that will get increasingly crowded when all the newcomers arrive. His size could be a liability at either position, so coaches will have determine where he can best use his speed to make up what he lacks in inches. Foreman was previously a Vanderbilt commitment, but switched fairly quickly to UT when he got an offer from the new staff.
