The skinny: The son of former Tennessee defensive back Lee Jenkins, Ryan grew up a Vols fan, which made his decision to decommit from Clemson easier once he received an offer from the new UT staff. Jenkins has great speed but not the same size as other receivers in the class like North, but he could also find roles on special teams during his first season.
