The skinny: Quinn is a volleyball player by trade and hadn't played organized football since his freshman year of high school when he stepped on the field for his California junior college. But he has great size and the Vols, who urgently needed tight ends, made an offer. Most junior college prospects are brought in to play immediately. But Quinn's unusual background could make that interesting in 2013.
