Tennessee is holding a “Meet Your Seats” day at Neyland Stadium on Thursday. Fans will be given an opportunity to peruse unsold seats and purchase 2013 season ticket packages from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.

“This approach allows fans to feel some of that game day excitement leading up to the season,” UT senior associate athletic director Chris Fuller said in a school release.

UT said current season ticket holders are also welcome to come to look at opportunities to add or relocate seats.

Free parking will be available of the top level of the G10 garage between Neyland Stadium and Thompson-Boling Arena off Phillip Fulmer Way. A tent will be set up at Gate 21 of the stadium. For questions, call 865-974-1218.

This sounds like a promotion put on by a used car dealership. I bet the big orange nation will come out the hills for this one.
