Tennessee received three first-place votes in the SEC preseason soccer poll.

The Lady Vols tied for the third most votes with Kentucky with 71 to finish in a tie for second in the Eastern Division. Florida was first with 89 points and 11 first-place votes.

Texas A&M had 91 points and 13 first-place votes to easily lead the Western Division.

SEC coaches picked the Aggies as the favorite to win the league with eight votes. Florida had the other six.

The Lady Vols begin regular-season play on Aug. 23 at home against Oklahoma at 7:30 p.m.
