Chattanooga - An example of taking a team lightly. There are very few gimmees out there. Gotta play hard and finish em all out!

I think the key to this ballgame is going to be whether MTSU can stop the Tennessee transition game. If MTSU can keep the Lady Vols transition game in check and they shoot the ball well, then I think the game will be very close and go right down to the wire. But if Tennessee gets their running game going I think you will be looking at a 20+ win for the Lady Vols which is what I think will happen.

The great thing about this LV team is that they seem equipped to play either fast or slow. Not many teams will be able to match their size inside, and most of them seem able to run the floor also. As has been the case seemingly for years, the LVs' success against the better opponents will depend on how well they take care of the ball. Even in the C-N rout, they had a LOT of turnovers due to little more than being casual with the ball. As the rotation settles down, I hope they can cut down on empty possessions caused by sloppy ball-handling. If they can just get it up on the board every time down, they should devour the offensive glass against just about everybody.

You make some good points but I think I have made some good one's also. I am really jacked up about this Lady Vol team and I am really looking forward to going to the game. Coach Rick Insell is a very good coach, which could cause some problems.

Sorry if you thought I DIDN'T think you made some good points. In fact, I intended only to expand on the points you made.
