Georgia-Tennessee Preview Capsule

No. 6 Georgia (3-1, 2-0 SEC) at Tennessee (3-2, 0-1), 3:30 p.m. (CBS)

Line: Georgia by 10 ½

Series Record: Tennessee leads 21-19-2

WHAT'S AT STAKE

Georgia has made it through a brutal September schedule with a 3-1 record and a No. 6 ranking, but a second loss would likely wreck the Bulldogs' national championship hopes. Tennessee is seeking its first victory over a Top 25 team since a 31-13 triumph over No. 21 South Carolina on Oct. 31, 2009. The Volunteers have lost 18 straight games against ranked opponents and are 1-24 against the Top 25 since 2008.

KEY MATCHUP

Georgia quarterback Aaron Murray vs. Tennessee secondary. Murray should become the SEC's all-time leader in career passing yardage Saturday. He has thrown for 11,429 career yards. Former Georgia quarterback David Greene holds the record with 11,528. Murray will face a Tennessee secondary that features one freshman and two sophomore starters. Tennessee has intercepted 11 passes this season to tie Virginia Tech for first in FBS.

PLAYERS TO WATCH

Georgia: RB Keith Marshall. The uncertainty surrounding star running back Todd Gurley could cause the Bulldogs to rely more on Marshall this week. Gurley sat out the second half of a 44-41 victory over LSU last week with a sprained left ankle that leaves his status for Saturday's game in doubt. Marshall stepped in for Gurley last week and rushed for 96 yards. In a 51-44 triumph over Tennessee last year, Marshall ran for 164 yards and two touchdowns.

Tennessee: RB Rajion Neal. In the Vols' 31-24 victory over South Alabama last week, Neal rushed for 169 yards, the highest single-game total by a Tennessee player since Montario Hardesty gained 179 yards against Kentucky in 2009.
