I think the school will be on fall break when the Chickens come to town, so it will be up to the locals and the old ones to fill the stadium then. I hope the combined effect of the fans and the game on Saturday swayed a few recruits the Vols' way. The USCe game will be tough, as they all are for this team, but is eminently winnable. This may be the Vols' last chance this season to really make people sit up and take notice, even if they win 'em all after Bama.

John! Proud of you. This is a very nice piece for all of us. And of course I agree with the entire set of ideas. That stadium was loud and really supportive all day, BUT ....the real turning point was that blocked punt and return for 6. After that, Neyland was positively deafening for the rest of the game. It is GREAT to BE a TENNESSEE VOL!
