Tennessee's home game with No.8 Auburn on Nov. 9 will be a noon kickoff on ESPN, the SEC announced on Monday.
Picked in the preseason to finish fifth in the SEC West, Auburn (7-1, 3-1 SEC) is a surprise top 10 team, and could bring its highest ranking to Knoxville since the then-No.12 Vols knocked off the No.4 Tigers in 1989, 21-14.
That UT win is famous for a 79-yard touchdown run by UT's Reggie Cobb and a pair of safeties after Auburn twice snapped the ball over its punter's head and through the end zone.
Tennessee (4-4, 1-3) travels to No.10 Missouri (7-1, 3-1) this week for a 7 p.m. (ESPN) kickoff, while Auburn visits Arkansas (3-5, 0-4) for a 6 p.m. (ESPN2) start.
