Where will Tennessee turn after Devrin Young was sidelined four to six weeks with a broken hand?

Woodbery predicted that receiver Jacob Carter would handle punt returns for the Vols on Saturday.

“If I had to make a stab, my guess would be Jacob Carter,” Woodbery said. “It’s someone you trust to not turn the ball over who will make good decisions.”
