Two-star senior cornerback Emmanuel Moseley of Dudley High School in Greensboro, N.C., switched his commitment from Charlotte to Tennessee on Tuesday night, Sept. 10, 2013.

After participating in one of Tennessee’s camps this summer, Emmanuel Moseley was pulled aside by first-year coach Butch Jones, who made it clear the Vols were impressed and that they would be keeping a close eye on him.

Less than two months later, Moseley finally received a scholarship offer from Tennessee.

One of the refreshing things about Coach Jones is he rarely offers schollys until he sees how the prospect functions in camp. Then, if that player shows well in camp and fits a need, he is offered... stars-be-d@mned. Coach Jones recruits the personality/attitude first, then looks for the tools to match the position.
