Izzy has been on fire lately. Russell still coming along by baby steps, IMHO, but generally trending upward. Just need to get Graves, Simmons, and Burdick back on track, figure out how to use Jones, see how much Reynolds can help, give Moore a few minutes here and there...simple, right?
