KNOXVILLE — Friday on the News Sentinel Sports Page, host Vince Ferrara and co-host News Sentinel columnist John Adams welcomed former Vol Fuad Reveiz on the show to discuss the Souper Bowl, college football and the NFL.

"It's going to be a really neat thing," Reveiz said of the upcoming Souper Bowl Party for the Hungry at Second Harvest Food Bank on Feb. 2. "To literally mingle with everybody — not only fans but also the ex-players and kids. It's truly a special opportunity for everybody."

John Adams went on to ask Reveiz to describe the general feeling among former Vols about the current state of Tennessee's football program.

"We are very excited," he said. "Finally we have a guy that understands what the concept is of having a family — part of the family is the fans, the players, the ex-players. Everybody has got the feeling that we are part of this."
