Vols pitcher Drake Owenby pleads guilty to reckless driving to resolve DUI case

Tennessee sophomore pitcher Drake Owenby pleaded guilty to reckless driving on Tuesday to resolve an arrest from last April for driving under the influence, according to a Knox County General Sessions Court Clerk spokesperson.

Being 20 and getting a DUI I am glad he will not have this on his record. But since he plays at UT he comes out way ahead over someone else that is 20 and not a UT sports figure. If it had been an average Joe they would not get out of this with a reckless driving charge.
