This was the kind of player I always envisioned Cierra to be. She got quite a lot of publicity in HS in my area of NC even though she is from the Charlotte area. She was always portrayed as the hub of her team. Whatever they needed from her, they got, but she was more than willing to share the wealth. She was renowned for her work ethic even then. I was afraid for awhile that her perfectionism might actually get in the way of her ultimate development as a player. Now it seems that she has her groove back. If so, the LVs might have started to turn the corner because she is capable of doing that every night.
