Rob Patrick took over the Tennessee volleyball program in 1997, and in the ensuing seasons has compiled a run of success that has left him as the all-time winningest coach in program history. Rob Patrick has, among other things, led the Lady Vols to the 2005 NCAA Final Four, made six NCAA appearances, coached seven all-Americans, and is currently the president-elect for the American Volleyball Coaches Association.
Rob Patrick has also coached the Lady Vols to 8 20-win seasons in the last 11 years and has had over 15 all-American selections.
