University of Tennessee senior Bryce Basler sits at the ticket window at Thompson-Boling Arena on Wednesday. Although the office is currently open, primarily for season ticket renewal, Basler has only had one ticket patron in the last three days. He says he is mostly there to provide an outlet for those who prefer to stop by and ask questions in person.
