Who cares what anyone in "gov thinks" (oxymoron)? Especially the current id10ts! However, I think it's shameful that the rate is so low. I assume since we're talking about basketball, that this is adjusted for those who stay, not that has been a problem for UT. In all, it makes me appreciate Pat Summit even more!
