Put talented big meat up front, and some good things can happen.

Games are won up front, no doubt. However, there are some pretty talented guys backing up the starters. They just have not gotten much experience because: a) the guys in front of them are really good, b) the guys in front of them have more experience, and c) the offense had to score just about every time - even against Akron and Troy - because the defense had been sunserized.

We need the big uglies, but with this new type of fast paced quick throw offense we need a super QB. I have hope in Dodd, but if we're going to win in the SEC we need a real superstar taking snaps.

I think we need a big time back. haven't had one here in a while.

We definitely need a big time 'running' back. It has been over 10 years since we've had anything to really cheer about. Arian Foster wasn't really a big name in college at all and only carried the ball maybe 95 times his last season in Knoxville. Lane looks like a homerun hitter to me. Have to get him the ball more often and run Neal more on short yarage situations. We've also been missing speed in the defensive backfield and a pass-rush has been nonexistent. Many issues to address.

Assuming Jalen Hurd fully recovers from the torn labrum (and we expect he will), we should have the big back we need. We also have Paulk who will add a different dimension, so backs are a need but not as critical as OL. We lose A LOT of talent there this year and will need a big time rebuild going forward. Still time to get a few good linemen on board, and with some good showings on the field this year, I believe CBJ will go get what we need. LOVIN IT SO FAR!! GO VOLS!!!
