Dr. Mildred L. Culp is a well-known nationally syndicated columnist. WorkWise, on emerging trends in the workplace, began its run in The Knoxville News Sentinel in 1997. Since then, Knoxnews.com featured her pioneering internet audio WorkWise and launched THE RIDE, about the entrepreneurial experience and spirit. Her article on a News Sentinel editor who overcame stuttering on the job placed first among syndicated columnists by The Stuttering Foundation in 2006. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Chicago. Her writing has been featured in more than 50 major dailies or their niche publications, and numerous mid-sized and small newspapers.| Link | Date |
