Brother, how you get that I'm a gator fan by responding to a question raised by a fellow Vol fan on this board is beyond me? It's okay for fans to raise questions and be critical of the team after the last few years. I didn't say lets fire Dooley now. I simply agreed that his time of "filtering expectations" has run out.
You can't simply label everyone as a Gator fan who says something other than we will go undefeated and win a NC this year and every year from now on. I guess it could have been worse and you could have called me a Bama fan.

Butterbrains, it isn't a "Dooley mistake" that we're recovering from. It is the Fulmer-firing and Kiffin-hiring mistakes that we are in the midst of the years it will take to recover from.

I have to agree with this post. If you say anything negative about Dooley then you are considered a "Troll" and all the woosies on here will suggest to remove your comment though given Dooley's record on number of losses, losing to Kentucky, playing favorites with certain players and bad team gpa he should get some criticism. Most of the fans on here will not allow anyone to say anything about the great Derek Dooley and his lack of instutional control...they will call you a non vols fan and threaten to kick you arse like they did "greatest"

Coach Dickey reinvigorated the football program & brought the Vols back to respectability. Coach Majors left his imprint on the Vols rise to the upper echelon. Coach Fulmer is the epitome of what it means to be a Tennessee Vol! He surrounded himself with greatness & spoke from the heart! He was the BEST coach of his generation in college football! Now we have Coach Dooley! I cannot help but believe we are on the verge of establishing ourselves as perennial contenders for Not the SEC but for National Championships! I believe there will come a time when Coach Derek Dooley is spoken of with the same reverence as that reserved for Coaches Fulmer, Majors, Wyatt...and who knows? The General would be proud of the way our Coach has endured the criticism, and yet found the resolve to continue building a new legacy for OUR Tennessee Vols! I for one can't wait for the naysayers who bashed Coaches Fulmer & Dooley to tuck tail & disappear.

Vol fans, WE are on the cusp of greatness.

How great we are. Why can't others see this? On and on you go. Now you talk about being located in Tuscaloosa, a bowl roller, but I and everyone on this site know you are an End-Stink-Gator, to the very core. Nothing more. For the IQ you demonstrate you appear to process some marvelous traits.
Your ability to grasp more than one subject is micro thin.
The magnetic one word vocabulary, you have beaten to death.
You process an uncanny ability to get someone to read and type for you.
The ability to keep your counting to less than ten is outstanding. You could use your toes.
Someone trained you very well on the Aphorism "If you say it enough someone will believe it."
Not one time have you demonstrated the faintest knowledge of the game of football. A near impossibility.
You appear to have the ability to be tutored or at least you're prudent enough to listen to your typist.
You certainly show your ability to recognize the problems and efforts that another might encounter when trying to pick-up sand with a sifter.
You are very quick to recognize and acknowledge the efforts and achievements of others.
But enough of this flattery, others not only recognize your abilities, but bow twice a day in your honor.
Wow what guy's, what a person, or whatever. Keep it coming there is a believer somewhere.
