Yes, Lady Vol's 1st place finish has awarded them a very good bracket to make it to the championship game on Sunday. Kentucky, LSU, Georgia, Vandy, Missouri all on the other side of the bracket. Hopefully Harrison will be available.

Not sure what Ole Miss did or did not do. Self-imposed postseason ban. Seed # 11 gets an automatic to the Thursday opening round. # 12 and # 13 play on Wednesday to move on to Thursday.

If we are the #3 seed we would play our first game in the SEC tournament at 8:30 on Friday, March 8 according to the SEC website. The #1 seed will play at 12 noon on Friday and the second seed will play at 6 pm on Friday.

The weird thing about the bracket is that the first game will be played on Wednesday, March 6 between the #12 and #13 seed. Apparently the team that finishes last will be left out of the tournament.

You are correct. Ole Miss is not eligible for post season play. So the SEC only has 13 teams playing in the tournament.

Really showed today how bad the Lady Vol's played Missouri.........Miss State beat the Tigers at Missouri. I was really pulling for SC to win over Texas A& M today and Vandy sure looked bad against KY.

You looked and sounded fantastic. Great to see the full band at an away game. One thing for sure, UT won the battle of the bands. Too bad the football teams performance was so poor.

I was at the game last night. I did notice that the Vandy players went straight to the locker room after the handshakes. If the officer said something, it must have been really quick and short. I was looking at the Lady Vols and they did not seem to be upset when they left the floor. Unless you were on the court, you did not know anything was going on.
