Cool. Ethan and I and another wrestler (Bob-- can't remember his last name) lived in the Student Apts next to Morrill Hall. Very cool guys--that was '81. Yep, I'd agree to add wrestling back on the "new sports" list. I'm in California now (thus the SF). Cheers.

yep. I graduated early 80s and had a couple of wrestlers as roomates--Eathan Reeve for one.
UT needs to round out its mens program...and adding soccer and/or lacrosse would allow UT to be seen beyond the South and nationally in football/basketball/track. Ohio States soccer program and lacrosse (last week drew 29,000 (yep) to a game vs Denver) are great balances to other traditional sports.

I'd like to see UT add a few men's sports that could push us into east/northeast exposure---soccer and lacrosse. In the landscape of college sports likely a couple of the least expensive (relatively speaking) programs to launch.

Its a SPRING GAME, installing a NEW offense. Its PRACTICE. Take a deep breath and relax...enjoy the spring/summer...and the real work begins in August.

Noticed (in photos/highlights) differences in Neyland at field level--brick walls (looks cool), grass cut alternate light/dark (every 5 yards)--did anyone attended the game--does that change the feel of the stadium....and are there other changes inside the bowl? Go Vols.

Stanford-UConn game was a 360 from UT-LSU. Fast, acurate, high-scoring. UT's grind out with LSU was gruesome on many levels--in the end, the guts (and never-say-die attitude) of this program showed. Now, UT will have to adjust to a group of sharp shooters to win the title. Think Pat will have them ready? Gut says so. Go Vols.

in addition, its likely to have a major effect on the number of UT fans (east or in cal) that can attend the game. I live in the Bay Area--attended last years game with about 15K in orange...in LA on a Monday night...with the holiday weekend over, well--it'll look great on tv.
