I agree - retarded article. Cutliffe is no longer big orange, who cares. Then again, if both Duke football fans in the 100 mile radius of Ktown read this, then maybe they can both not show up because that is what Duke football fans do.

and the good news - defense playing well! defense wins championships, sounds like a good scrimmage to me.
offense will come around...it's spring practice
On Offense struggles again; Fulmer calls it 'royal butt-kicking'

hmmmm. how time has a way of change perceptions.
Majors might have been a great player, but he was a lousy coach. Fulmer got the head job for a reason. What did Majors do at Pitt?
Fulmer is going nowhere, he took TN to the SEC championship game.
Adams must be scraping the bottom of the barrel again for topics. When you're as creative as a block of concrete, and your job is to write for a living, you end up relying on the "bash Fulmer" article way too much, but hey, it's all the guy has. Maybe he's realized that he's peaked with KNS, and he's bitter, or maybe he realizes that he's not as talented of a writer as he once dreamed? who knows, but this sure is a weak article.

Dear spam247 -
if the guy did something on the football field, report it.
getting a restraining order out on his wife has
A) nothing to do with his connection to UT - playing football
B) has nothing to do with sports in general
C) is not even newsworthy as celebrity-files go

I think Phil handled this the right way. He's more than a coach, he's a father figure to these boys. I think the last thing I'd want would be for Phil to be disappointed in me and to be in his doghouse.
remember, we're not FSU, or ANY university in Florida for that matter. Phil does a good job. Thanks.

how did Clausen end up in this discussion?
Ainge was OK, but not consistent, and he never delivered on the promises - he was suppose to be a deep ball threat that could score quickly.
Personally, I will always remember Ainge as the guy who single-handedly blew the 2007 SEC championship. Thanks. Best of luck with the Jets, who have already cut Pennington, so my advice would be to rent in NY, not buy.
On Ainge played like Favre, now is next to idol
