Welcome Bobby Maze...I look forward to watching you play. UT has needed a PG since Watson left. I hope whatever problems Bobby had in the past stay there.

My problem with Maze is that two schools backed away from him. Whatever the reasons. If he does come to UT I hope he has learned from his past and not become another problem for UT.

bamacheats---The article above says dismissed. What you are saying could very well be the reason why. I would think with what Bruce is dealing with these two he would want someone that did not have a past in any way that could become a repeat of Smith & Crews.

I was doing some reading on Bobby Maze. He had trouble in high school for grades. Spent one year at Oklahoma...was dismissed...why??? Did very well on the court for his JC team. Maryland then backed out on him...why??? Am I the only one seeing red flags?

I am sorry these two did not learn more from Chris Lofton in the two years they were here on and off the court. Chris showed that he put the team over his own personal issues. These two put themselves over the team and the team will be better off next year without them.

Welcome Scotty! It will be nice for UT to have some size at guard. I bet last year will be the last year you see Bruce start 3 guys 6'-2" or less.

Ramar was a drive 1st...pass 8th pg. At the first of the year CBP was going to use Josh Tabb at pg because he had a very good asst/turnover ratio. Then he hurt his ankle and then seemed to get in the dog house(?). I think he could be added to the pg mix if he works hard this off season on his game. I hope Bobby Maze can give UT strong pg play without the mouth. I have seen WAY to many young players who's mouth is the best part of their game. I picked Hopson to make the biggest impact. I think he can create his own shot. I would pick Tatum as the sleeper player.
