Offense wins games, defense wins championships. I'm afraid the red elephants will be crowing soon.

I don't like the idea of pulling for Oklahoma either.

On Adams: Beating odds not new to Saban

Okay, I found it.

Consider this, it happened in april of 2007, 4 months after being dismissed from UT for grades. I remember a story detelling how Morley bummed around Miami, living out of his car and deciding that wasn't the life for him. Maybe this is what changed his mind. Whatever, he got himself back in school, got the grades to get back in UT while awaiting a court hearing. Bad on him for missing the court date in Sept. But I bet Fulmer truly believed he was turning his life around AFTER the arrest and after all he did to get back in school.

I clicked the link and all that comes up is a page asking for a case number, which I ain't got. How did you get into it?

Do the cops in Miami not watch college football? He's been on TV 8 or 9 times this year. Wasn't very urgent apparently.

As to the comment about the author doing some digging first, consider the number of taunts posted here when KNS gets scooped.

So?

Before 1994, Florida had never won an SEC championship in football or basketball much less an NC.
Since then they have won 4 NCs and a boatload of SECs.

Past returns are not indicative of future performance.

Besides Tennessee, Clemson, Washington, Wyoming and now Auburn, who else is or was shopping for a HC this holiday season?

The answer is "YES".

On Vols comfortable with Kiffin

Good luck Chief, dominate the ACC.

Interesting that Larry Slade was not named to go with Chavis.

Kentucky should have taken a shot at him.

Les Miles is captaining a sinking ship in Baton Rouge.

Would have been a mistake for CLK to retain Chavis because of the years served with and assumed loyalty to Fulmer. I don't expect Adkins will be retained for the same reason although his years are only three.

My apologies. The ESPN schedule I read on line didn't say they were in Hawaii. Pretty impressive then.

But, I'm guessing UNC didn't have 8 am classes on Friday or Saturday to attend like the "baller Vols" did on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Otherwise, I agree with your assessment that this team is not yet a team.
