Bray had a couple bad games ...but the defence lost most of the games this year....You got to be smarter than that....Bray is a heck of a talent and will be missed

heck of a talent is true. he will be missed true.. defense lost most of the games true... thing about bray is he was anything but clutch, he did play poorly in several games where if he came through in clutch we could have won.. ex: FLorida, GA, SC, Vandy, last year KY.. thats 5 SEC wins in his last 8 or 9 where he didnt come through in clutch, or just played poorly. Extremly high ceiling for Bray is a no brainer.. but its his ceiling that has a problem.. he is not a bright kid. Thats been told in media.. thats apparent in some of his actions.. and i choose to believe it.

look boys its like this... we got a top offensive line in country.. we got a strong front 7. ( hopefully our pass rush will improve cuz they arent built for that) we have some descent skill players on offense.. If we can get some good play calling and coach up our secondary, the sky isnt falling out next year.. we actually have a solid team.. doesnt look that way with what was on field last year, but that was bad coaching.. I know we will be better than last year.. how much better, who knows.. but i am gonna stay positive because our o line and d line and linebackers can play.. got good running backs.. we gonna be just fine.

We had a heck of an offense this year. The running game, while improved over last year, was still subpar for the SEC. In games where your offense has scored in the 30 something and 40 something points, your QB shouldn't be blamed when you lose.

yea i agree, dont blame him for losing games... but i think our offense will be ok this year.. especially if we get a WR that can strectch the field.. gonna have a top Oline here that is gonna be the best we have had in a LONG time.. my concerns will again be on defense.. thats where games will be won and lost..

Any Tennessee fan with a lick of sense knows that Tyler Bray is the best QB Tennessee has had in modern history other than Peyton Manning. It's a shame he had to be play his time here under a horrible head coach. I agree that he probably has some growing up to do, but it'll be a long time before we see that kind of talent here again.

Hmmm... raw talent??? yes... Doesnt always translate to wins. He does have a quick release and strong arm.. accuracy on short passes, horrible reads, and slow between the ears have been his problem.. I would have a hard time picking him over tee martin, or erik ainge.

To add to my previous post, not sure if 3 years is always the answer in every situation.. sometimes red flags go off in one season to say this isnt our guy... but as for this guy I find it hard to believe there is any worse than what Dooley and Sunseri did this year... ON and OFF the field.. the recruiting stories and former player interraction stories are terrible to hear.

Fulmer did more for this University than any coach since Robert Neyland. To say he put us in this mess is insulting. but some truth there. He stopped being an all star recruiter. Where we messed up was going after our "splash" hire last time in Lame Kiffin who was red hot coming off the Oakland job fired unfairly for. I blame Lane for this mess. If he would have not left like a theif in the night right before national signing day then we wouldnt have had to scramble for a weak hire in Dooley. I completely agree tho - we dont need to say "atleast he is better than Dooley". I want a schematic genuis for a coach and a great recruiter. how many are there? who knows. i would check at the NFL coordinator ranks before i would hire some coaches like smart or jones. how about jay gruden, or roman. If it is Strong, I think that's a good hire... but I still believe it is Gruden and the AD is using the media as a smokescreen.
