What is funny in this article is that Bama perceives that ESPN hates them. Glad to see we are not the only thin-skinned fan base out there.

Night games are fine for those at home, but it stinks for us going to the games. If you have a tailgate party, it becomes an all day affair, and you miss other games. Since it is ppv, just put it on at 1:oopm, then you have the rest of the day to either watch other games or go whatever.

I had the same problem in high school playing football and tennis. Very painful, so I really appreciate what was able to do out there. I never fails to impress what kinds of pain and injuries these guys play through...

I guess Coach Fulmer and Coach Pearl are going to have a really happy July 4th holiday! Kudos to both and I, for one, hope they both stay a long, ling time.

I try not to read these posting that often (makes me wonder how some of these people can even spell much less type), but I am constantly amazed by those who think they are somehow owed great sports at UT, like it is their birthright. This is sports which, by and large, is only entertainment for those of us watching. Only to the participants does it really matter. PLEASE have some perspective!

I am just glad that they didn't wear flip-flops to the White House like the girls from Northwestern did a few years ago...

He sounds great! However, frankly, if he is smart enough to get into Harvard of Stanford, I am surprised he chose UT. Hey, it's my alma mater, but if I could've gotten into schools like that I would have jumped at the chance....especially if given a free ride!

Sorry, but the Rose Bowl is a dump....in a nice setting, but still a dump. The Orange Bowl became one, but it was great in the day. And I agree that the old Boston Garden was terrific!

We might be able to find a coach who will win more and go to better bowls and win a SEC or two, but we will NEVER find another coach who bleeds Orange and White like Coach Fulmer. And in college sports, I hope that still goes a long way.
Kudos to Coach Fulmer...you will be missed.
