To all you so called "fans" that are on here blasting CPF...SHUT UP!!!. I agree that the game has passed coach by and that it was time to step down, but a true fan, and not some band wagon jumper who is on the bandwagon when the team is winning, someone who sticks with the Vols through thick and thin knows the unbelievable accomplishments of Coach Fulmer. He is a man that is to be respected and thanked for what he has done for this program for close to 40 years.

I could not agree with you any more. Stephens has not thrown one interception, he has not fumbled the ball, has not made two many bone headed plays, and he has only started 4 games so get off the kid's back. He cannot help it the running backs cannot hit a hole to save their lives, the offensive line cannot create any kind of holes, his coaches call the most awful plays at the most inopportune time, and his stupid receivers cannot hang onto the football. He might not be Tim Tebow or Colt McCoy but then again who is? And why is Mike Leach not a good candidate for the job. His team is averaging like 30 - 35 points a game in the Big 12 South which is probably the toughest division in America. I don;t care if he is a glorified "Hal Mumme" or not, his team is 8 - 0 and is ranked 8th in the country right now....can you please tell me where we are again?

Appreciate it. You are right about having a sense of humor these days because there are to many people in this crazy world called "SEC Football" or even on these posts that walk around with their head in the sand or a stick up their rear end and cannot enjoy a good joke when they hear one even if it is from your "arch enemy". I tell you a guy that I would like Tennessee to go after is Mike Leach from Texas Tech. That dude's offense in the big 12 none the less is awesome. They put some serious points on the board. You put a good defense like Tennessee normally has and I think that would be a good fit. What do you all think?

agree completely. when the season first started, i was a big supporter of Crompton because of what he did two years ago against LSU and the fact that i was nieve to think that the coaches knew what they were doing. i sadly admit that i was wrong on both accounts. if stephens was in at QB, i think our record would be different than the sad record we have right now. i think we would be 4 - 2 losing only to florida and georgia.

I tell you what the answer is...are you ready for it...here it is: PLEASE STOP USING MULTIPLE RUNNING BACKS..Hardesty needs to be the man with the majority of the carries. He averages over 4 yards a carry. In the Georgia at one point before he was taken out he had 4 rushes for 17 yards. That is over 4 yards a carry. He knows how to hit the holes, run straight ahead, is a beast, and does not dance around like he is on Dancing with the Stars.

You have to give props to Bama. They are dominating both sides of the ball. The scary thing is that they are a young team. They are starting like 5 or 6 freshmen I think. As a volunteer fan living in Mobile, Alabama the "talk" is great, but it would be nice to upset them in our house, highly unlikley, but it would be great.
