It is not "kind of a tacky point" it is a tacky point. Particularly when 2 of the only 3 coaches retained are black (maybe all 3, I'm not sure about Jason Michael).
Why not bemoan the fact that no coach off the 6th. best defense in the nation are not retained.
Then you might focus on talent alone.
